President-Elect
Julie White Eklund
Julie White Eklund is beginning her second year with the Membership
committee and her third with JLSS and is very excited at the
League’s continuing growth and activity. When she isn’t
involved with JLSS events, she may be volunteering at temple, her
sorority or the Red Cross, or swimming at the YWCA.
Julie is an analyst with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development and recently moved to the historic Stockade neighborhood of
Schenectady with her husband Neil. They were both excited to live in a
more urban environment, but knew very little about Schenectady; now
they are both huge supporters of the area's revival.
