President-Elect Mary Catherine White
Mary Catherine White was raised in Niagara Falls, New York and moved
to Saratoga County in 2009. Impressed by the League’s diverse membership and
strong presence in Schenectady and Saratoga community, she joined JLSS in 2010.
Mary Catherine recently served as Ways and Means chairperson.
Mary Catherine is the Executive Director of Huntington Learning
Center in Clifton Park. When not volunteering with JLSS she can be found
skiing, surfing or enjoying weekends on Nantucket with her husband David.

Paula Ohlhous
Paula
Ohlhous is the Assistant to the President and Board of Trustees at Schenectady
County Community College. In this capacity she serves as the liaison
between the President and Board of Trustees, and ambassador of the
College. In her previous position at SCCC, she was responsible for
fundraising and planning the Annual Fund campaign. 0Prior to
joining Schenectady County Community College, was a Parent Member
to the Committee of Special Education.
In
addition to the Junior League, she is affiliated with the National Association
of Professional Women, Schenectady Chamber of Commerce, and YWCA.
Paula, her husband Howard and their three boys, live in Duanesburg.

Patricia
Christensen
Patricia
Christensen works for Catholic Charities in Albany as a Fiscal Director
and is a graduate of Siena College with a BS in Marketing and
Management. Patty has been a member of the Junior League for three years
and volunteers with other community based organizations. She is a mother of 2
teenaged children and lives in Clifton Park.

Stephanie Russell
Stephanie Russell is
currently the Director of Human Resources at La Salle School for Boys in
Albany. Stephane earned her Bachelor of Arts at the State University of
New York , Albany. Stephanie has obtained the designation of Professional
in Human Resources Certification (PHR) and is also a member of the Society for
Human Resource Management (SHRM).
For the past ten
years, Stephanie has been a team leader for Making Strides Against Breast and
is actively involved with Wrapping up Cancer around the holidays, an event
sponsored through Relay for Life, which encompasses many different
philanthropic support events for all types of Cancers. During her
free time, Stephanie enjoys dance of all sorts including ballet, hip hop, jazz,
and zumba.

Membership Co-Chairs
Traci Koppenhafer & Janet Tracey
Traci Koppenhafer holds her B.S. in Marketing Management from Siena College and her
MBA in Human Resources from Union Graduate College.In her current role
as a Black Belt on the Benefit Operations team at General Electric,
Traci focuses on designing, testing and implementing benefit plans into
General Electric's main Human Resource Information System as well as
initiating various process improvements. Traci is also heavily involved
in the local chapter of SHRM (Capital Region Human Resource
Association) and spends much of her time volunteering and organizing
events. In her spare time Traci enjoys water skiing, scrapbooking and
spending time with her husband Tim.
Jae Tracey started her volunteer career in 1988 as a candy striper at a
hospital in Pittsburgh. Over the years she has worked with many
volunteer groups and organizations including the U.S. Marine Corps. She
holds a B.S. in Public Administration and Applied Science from
Rochester Institute of Technology. Over the course of her work
life, Jae has held various administrative and technical positions in
private universities and financial institutions. Recently she
began a transition that would have led to a career in early childhood
development, however, the birth of her first child took her in a more
personal direction. Being a stay at home mom allows her to put
all of the early childhood education and training to good use.
Jae joined the JLSS in 2008.

Sarah Stotz
Sarah joined the Junior League six
years ago when she moved to the Capital Region. Sarah works as a
Business Development Manager at GE Global Research in Niskayuna.
She is a graduate of the US Naval Academy, Columbia University and London Business School. Sarah previously
chaired the Membership committee and served as Treasuer.

Deanna Fox
Deanna is a
business owner and blogger. She and her family own Silly Goose Farm, a 20-acre
apple orchard. Most of her free time is dedicated to renovating the
property and farmhouse, gardening, making pottery, playing guitar, cooking, and
baking. Deanna attended the College of Saint Rose in Albany for her
undergraduate and graduate degrees in History and Political Science. She is a
board member for Catholic Charities Caregiver Support Services and is a member
of Eleanor's Legacy.
Deanna joined the
Junior League in 2008 as a way to contribute to her community and make new
friends. She has accomplished both in her tenure and hopes to engage in the
League more and more each year. Deanna lives in Delanson with her husband
(Dr. David Goldschmidt) and children.
